Thank you Shiva,

I have already sent Email to Ebay Customer care & waiting for reply from many days.

Calling eBay Support from past 3 days daily & even after talking to them for 30 minutes daily they are not able to give me exact model no of Netgear router.

When I am spending amount of 10000 Rs or more in such bad economy times, they dont even bother to reply.

Never expected such lousy service from them.

You can give my feedback to them if you have any of their senior contact.
